The Bond Bug is a small British two-seat, three-wheeled automobile designed by Tom Karen of Ogle Design for Reliant Motor Company123. It was produced from 1970 to 1974, initially at Bond Cars Ltd factory, but subsequently at Reliant's Tamworth factory1. The car has a wedge-shaped microcar design, with a lift-up canopy and side screens instead of conventional doors1. The Bond Bug was intended to attract sales from young people who were looking for an inexpensive sporty car with unusual looks3. The car was capable of up to 76 mph (122 km/h)2. You could drive it on a motorcycle licence.

Pullstart 62,884 #8 Posted August 20, 2023 Thanks for sharing Norm! Lots of creativity there, lots of styling that just doesn’t look like that over here. Those flames on the Mini were something only some might appreciate. I bet they took a lot of time!

Bottom fixed and top opens.
