Pullstart 62,882 #9 Posted August 16, 2023 Hey Dan! Lake fun is the best fun! Unless there’s other fun, that is intended for us old farts!
oliver2-44 9,751 #10 Posted August 16, 2023 Hey @Achto my 28 year old son can help you step up your game from a Tube to any water board you want. Sunday we had our 3,4,5 & 7 year old grandkids out on our homemade ski trainer. My son just effortlessly surfs next to them to help them get up and stay stable. That’s his 4yr old son he’s riding with 2 2

JoeM 7,874 #12 Posted August 16, 2023 A TK moment? I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good once As I ever was I used to be hell on wheels Back when I was a younger man Now my body says "You can't do this boy" But my pride says "Oh yes, you can" A smear between wisdom and bravery 1 1

Sunday My personal choice behind a boat is a single water ski. We didn't have any with us though. Used to be pretty good on one, but I haven't done it in a while. 2

Used to be pretty good on one, but I haven't done it in a while. Water has been a part of my life, all my life. I learned to ski up on Muskegon River at Hardy Dam (the backwaters is a huge lake with sturgeon, power boats and pontoons all the same). My first experience skiing was out of a chair in shallow waters. My first time in the deep, I got pulled straight past the skis on my feet. Nobody ever told me to let go, and that boat dragged me for quite some time. I was noodling for fish that day long before noodling was cool!
