kpinnc 12,359 #3 Posted July 3, 2023 (edited) Looks like the same tranny on every other 520-H. I'm not sure how well WH kept any castings serialized. I wouldn't let the numbers bother much. S416-8 325 #5 Posted July 3, 2023 (edited) thanks for that awesome news for me but now with the hubs right against the housing I cannot use the correct size tire and wheel combinations. I do have 1 black and 1 red hub so they must have been changed so maybe that is the issue? I am at least 1" closer hob to housing on the 520 than I am on the 416.. now I know why there were spacers behind the wheels that cam on it.. cleat 6,319 #7 Posted July 3, 2023 Here is the rear end of my 520H that I am currently fixing up. The hubs are up tight to the rear axle. They are on all of my other Hydro machines as well. S416-8 325 #8 Posted July 3, 2023 ok thank which I thought was right and when I looked at tire size for a 92 it says that they should be 23x10.5-12 but they rub the seat pan...that is why I started to question these. Also, I just picked up a cab for it and see that you have the rear brackets mounted.. any pics of how the frame mounts attach it the front.? Thanks 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You'll have yo get some different lug bolts, and ream your wheels by 1/16 to the 1/2 stud size, but you'll never look back at OEM bolts again! The reaming out to 1/2 won't make your wheels unsuitable for WH bolts either. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
