mrc 812 #1 Posted July 3, 2023 hi all, we took our great grandson last fall to Battleship Cove in fall river mass. there they have the USS Massachusetts. actual WW2 battleship (BB-59). they also have a destroyer, sub and a pt boat you can tour. when i was a kid just the battleship. he loved it. as a side note i applaud you navy guys who served on a destroyer. my impression was that thing is soooo small. how far out are we going in that little thing! yesterday we went to the Bradley air museum in windsor locks connecticut. lots of military and civilian aircraft to tour. the tour guide took a liking to the great grandson and let him sit in a bunch of the cockpits. he loved that! i highly recommend both of these places if you and your families are in the area. GOD BLESS AMERICA! regards mike 5 2 1
