Wild Bill in VA 1,452 #3 Posted June 25, 2023 This video is proof that rain does not stop the Annual Wheel Horse Show.! You captured a lot of fun things at the show, at the end of the video clip where the little boy and girl were driving in that Wheel Horse made car was also seen be me and I wanted a picture of them so bad ..... they were just adorable! Also loved the segment where you could see the rain coming down and still hear me interviewing people in the parade!
