johnnymag3 2,558 #1 Posted June 21, 2023 Good day everyone...... Can I mount a 24 x 12 x 12 tire on my 520 Deep Dish wheels and have them fit on my 400 Series Tractors without any spacers..... ??? or on my C Series Machine C-160 ... ??? Thanks in advance !!! ri702bill 8,717 #2 Posted June 21, 2023 My 2 cents - a 24" diameter tire might be too big on a C series....??
oliver2-44 10,073 #3 Posted June 21, 2023 I think you might have to raise the seat pan on either tractor for those to fit. Also mower deck might have an interference

The problem with any good answer to your question is that so many tire makers now don't accurately size thier tires. Years back, a 24x12x12 actually measured very close to the advertized size. Sadly this is no longer the case. Tires now are often much smaller than they claim. I have a set of 25x10-12 on a tractor with no mods. They are big, but not nearly as big as they claim. Lee1977 6,917 #8 Posted June 24, 2023 (edited) Another set of 25x10 x12 on 8.5" rims; on a Raider. A set of 24x9,5x12 on 7" rims on a 520-H I think the 24x12x12 might work but they are going to be close on both sides with the gas tank and the wheels on the 48" deck. Don't think the height will be a problem on the 400, Edited June 24, 2023 by Lee1977
RED-Z06 2,379 #9 Posted June 25, 2023 24x12x12 on 300 series wheels with 2" spacers. 1" would have been enough but no spacers had tank contact.
