peter lena 9,088 #1 Posted June 19, 2023 since going over to , aluminum foil wrapping , ( no plastic bag ) , those stalks last a month or more ! always crisp / clean and no start of a fungus starting , brown spots . bought new / fresh , remove top or separate , wipe down and tightly foil wrap , thats it ! compare life to plastic bag , fast rot , just a simple change , for crispy celery , pete 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yep, is good for adding flavor, but one could starve to death if it was all you had to eat.
