squonk 41,474 #26 Posted June 20, 2023 There are some crappy hydraulic hose manufacturers out there. Different grades of hose and fittings. Many of the cheaper hoses are single wire. I use only Weatherhead 3 wire hose and fittings. They aren't as flexible as the single wire but I never had an issue when I used to make them at Napa.
