decvt79 5 #1 Posted June 14, 2023 The connection from my power lift hydraulic cylinder to deck lift keeps coming loose. The lift has a simple horizontal eye hook that slides over a vertical pin on the end of the cylinder piston. The issue is the piston rotates slightly over a period of time and the eye hook disconnects (falls off) the rotated pin. There is no washer or clips to hold the two together. Any one else have this issue and if so what was solution? Thank you!
SylvanLakeWH 25,503 #2 Posted June 14, 2023 I don't have one, but looking at the drawing, Can you drill the pin to accommodate a washer and pin to hold eye hook on the pin?
decvt79 5 #3 Posted June 14, 2023 Possible, that is being considered along with simply wiring the two together. Thank you for your response!
