Toro 270H model 72106 power lift

The connection from my power lift hydraulic cylinder to deck lift keeps coming loose.   The lift has a simple horizontal eye hook that slides over a vertical pin on the end of the cylinder piston.   The issue is the piston rotates slightly over a period of time and the eye hook disconnects (falls off) the rotated pin.   There is no washer or clips to hold the two together.   Any one else have this issue and if so what was solution?   Thank you!

I don't have one, but looking at the drawing, Can you drill the pin to accommodate a washer and pin to hold eye hook on the pin?

Possible, that is being considered along with simply wiring the two together.   Thank you for your response!

And don't forget the all-time approved field fix - a new Zip-Tie... :techie-eureka:

I use those on all my winter chains to keep the latch closed in the event of tire deflation....
