Check the top of the transmission section for a bearing and seal cross reference. They're likely available right local to you. Should be ... A bit less.

squonk 41,474 #4 Posted June 14, 2023 Those seals are only available thru Toro and vendors like Lowell who sell Toro OEM parts. No aftermarket cross

No aftermarket cross Thanks for you help.I did manage to find replacements. They are made in Taiwan but for 10 bucks for a pair and free shipping I figured I give it a go. CasualObserver 3,408 #8 Posted June 14, 2023 Those seals in that ebay listing are not the part #1257 / 83-2840 seals you were looking for... they are part #6449... and Lowell has those. https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/6449-axle-seal-for-hydrostatic-transmission/ Perhaps @wheelhorseman could tell you the exact difference and whether you should expect those to last or be a suitable replacement.

The seals were correct. Obviously someone has their part # wrong. If you look at WHP and flea bays listing pics two different seals are shown. What goes here ?
