gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,090 #2 Posted June 13, 2023 The crankshaft on the 8hp and some early 10hp Kohler's is 1" diameter. The others have 1-1/8" diameter shafts. The pto clutch/pulleys are all the same. What is different is the ID of the pto/pulley inner race to fit the crankshaft. The B&S engines all have 1" diameter shafts.
