Docwheelhorse 2,689 #1 Posted June 8, 2023 (edited) When you have a diamond in the rough but don't even know it... This 1055 has been sitting with a 100% rusted solid transaxle for what has to be 15 years... I dont even remember where it came from. I picked it up, put it in my junkyard pile and walked away. Recently I've learned it's somewhat of a rare bird and should be saved. Huh? Really??!!?? Ok... well today I dragged it out and behind it is a Commando 8 with a trans that shifts and rolls. Rest of Commando is missing or butchered so it is the "organ donor" to the 1055. I was going to try and get it together for the show but that's an impossible dream. Next year!!! Tony See you in 2 Fridays!!! Meant to say 1055 in video... ooops 20230608_125151.mp4 Edited June 8, 2023 by Docwheelhorse Adding "stuff" 7

rjg854 11,879 #9 Posted June 8, 2023 You can change a transmission in less than a day, it's pretty straight forward.
