You can change a transmission in less than a day, it's pretty straight forward.:teasing-poke:

Yah I know that... but.... everything else and I mean EVERYTHING is rusted, rotted, stiff, stuck. I dont have enough time with my schedule to pull it off

Some of us like the rusty ones. Some call it rust, some call it patina, Some call it character.

When you have a diamond in the rough but don't even know it...

This 1055 has been sitting with a 100% rusted solid transaxle for what has to be 15 years... I dont even remember where it came from.

I picked it up, put it in my junkyard pile and walked away. Recently I've learned it's somewhat of a rare bird and should be saved.

Huh? Really??!!?? Ok... well today I dragged it out and behind it is a Commando 8 with a trans that shifts and rolls. Rest of Commando is missing or butchered so it is the "organ donor" to the 1055.

I was going to try and get it together for the show but that's an impossible dream. Next year!!!

Tony

See you in 2 Fridays!!!

Meant to say 1055 in video... ooops

Tony If anyone can make that happen? It would be you.
