c-series don 8,707 #30 Posted June 25, 2023 I never thought I would cry at the show, however seeing Phil’s tractor driving ever so slowly with his hat and ashes on the seat being held by his belt literally brought me to tears. What a moving and somber moment. Although I did not know Phil I do know people that did and they all said the same thing. He was one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. And so I say I hope he rests in peace and may God bless him 😢 1
Pullstart 62,885 #31 Posted June 25, 2023 @c-series don you’re a big man to let your emotions go at a tractor show! It was great to talk with you and stand with you during the memorial yesterday.

Tractorhead 9,064 #33 Posted June 25, 2023 I haven't been to a big show yet but Mr. Phil Bowling's Memorial Ride almost takes my breath away. I've been to quite a few events but this was a genuine honesty that brought tears to my eyes. This forum and its members are a special feature that is unparalleled. the more is now my need now to see ya all face to face.
tractorchick 399 #34 Posted June 26, 2023 Thank you so much for posting the video! Scott sent me some photos, and I saw some pictures on Facebook but had not seen the video until this morning. Phil was a special guy. It's hard to believe that he is gone. Wild Bill, you did a wonderful service. My heart goes out to Scott and to Phil's friends. Phil: Fly high and know that you were a wonderful friend and a mentor! xo Rest in Peace.
