jeff w 4 #1 Posted May 24, 2023 I have not seen the used C-160 tractor, but wondering if my current blade mount will fit on C-160. I've been using blade w/C-81, and want to use the hydro for blade lift! My blade is a 48" w/angle lever on right side, manual lift lever on left side. I think blade was last model built for WH. ebinmaine 67,335 #3 Posted May 24, 2023 I'm thinking that barring unforeseen craziness like previous owner modifications, yes it was on a c-81 it should hold up directly to your c-160. The desire to try out the lift was the only reason I got a hydro. Took me a bit to get used to the controls because all our other tractors are manuals. peter lena 8,589 #8 Posted May 25, 2023 @jeff w what ever combo you come up with , take the opportunity , to functionally check / lubricate the steering quadrant area. a red aerosol grease , especially in the slide pin point , and related lever arm areas , makes things move better . also like to have a plow , supported up off the floor , so you can roller stool around it , and improve / verify function . typically a plow rarely gets a tune up or service , rusty / dragging / binding areas should be lubed , also like to lubricate the front side of blade , helps slide off . use 1/8" hair pin clips on rear axel lever holes , push them in to last large hole , so they won't fall off , pete Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
