larryjb 0 #1 Posted May 23, 2023 Does anyone have the acceleration spring seats (item #75-part# 7051) and a relief valve sleeve (item77-part# 7049) for a Hydrogear 90-2062 transmission? Mine got pretty well torn up when the springs broke. Thinking about using modified roofing nails for the spring seats but would rather not.
953 nut 55,742 #2 Posted May 23, 2023 The acceleration valve parts do take a beating, perhaps @daveoman1966 may have the p-arts you need.
daveoman1966 3,758 #3 Posted May 24, 2023 I do have those parts .. 7049 & 7051 are depicted here in GREEN.... along with 7050---the SLEEVE VALVE. Close-up pics reveal that the CONE SLEEVE 7049 has chips where the point of the CONE VALVE seats. You can see that the outer rim of the SLEEVE 7049 is also chipped. The STEM (nail) 7051 is good to go, as is the CONE VALVE 7050. Knowing that these parts are nearly 50, they are, still, the least damaged of all the Hydrogear units that I've torn apart. Given that, I will offer these 3 parts to you for $35... shipped...with the understanding that the SLEEVE 7049 has seen better days. I will also offer to you EVERYTHING in this first pic---except for SPRING 7052--- $50...shipped. Of ALL these Valve Assy Parts, only the CONE SLEEVE 7049 shows damage...and the small spring 7052 is missing.
