Parts on the P T O?

Are these parts on the right side hole for an attachment? I never found what what it is for. P/N 14-85 14-84 14-86  Just asking do not need to use it. Thanks for any info

That is the cam lever that  engages the PTO bell.   The bolt and nut are the pivot that attaches the lever to the engine.

@Retired Wrencher  if you were to turn that , " trunnion " into a  3/8 x16 , male female heim joint , rethread the rod , with a 3/8 x 24 die nut , it adds a solid smoothness to that wobblily spot , they also stand up , have them for years on my horses , done a batch of things in that area . pete

@johnnymag3  ,its never one part , its a collection of movement areas ,  see the greased washers , at starting point  next to battery tray ? added those to eliminate slop / play in lever rod., then kept going , firming up  every next , movement spot. then went on to hi temp grease every rotational part . set up works , without noise , screaming clutch , or related bearings . greasy , pete

Ed do you have a picture of this? It been awhile since I worked on these.
