Ed Kennell 39,735 #2 Posted May 16, 2023 (edited) That is the cam lever that engages the PTO bell. The bolt and nut are the pivot that attaches the lever to the engine. Edited May 16, 2023 by Ed Kennell
peter lena 8,970 #3 Posted May 16, 2023 @Retired Wrencher if you were to turn that , " trunnion " into a 3/8 x16 , male female heim joint , rethread the rod , with a 3/8 x 24 die nut , it adds a solid smoothness to that wobblily spot , they also stand up , have them for years on my horses , done a batch of things in that area . pete
peter lena 8,970 #4 Posted May 16, 2023 @johnnymag3 ,its never one part , its a collection of movement areas , see the greased washers , at starting point next to battery tray ? added those to eliminate slop / play in lever rod., then kept going , firming up every next , movement spot. then went on to hi temp grease every rotational part . set up works , without noise , screaming clutch , or related bearings . greasy , pete 1
