Find it odd there drilled for lugnut / bolt access... you could get a socket in there but lugbolt will fall into rim and it's probably impossible to get them started through these holes. If htey will go over the lug bolts, you can stack two on one wheel without sticking out a bunch. The ones on the tractor are turned the opposite way.
