Walter Delaney 1 #1 Posted May 1, 2023 Hi i bought a d250 to restore I got the tractor engine is done. But the transmission had the worm drive 6 bolts out of 8 we’re broken want threw everything looks good replace some of the raceway bearings but not the needle bearings. Now the it makes a racket it sounds like some gears not meshing right. It’s real loud in high range when you bring up the RPM and it’s pretty quiet in low range at high RPMs doses anybody have any ideas on what it could be thanks.
