New brush project.

Got the pulleys all worked out and a belt for it.

Used some paint I had for a while too. No one else will like it, but it's not a Wheel Horse implement, and it's mine. At least it isn't green...

@kpinnc  , your thoughts  set up design ideas are solid , personally  if there is a local farmer that has  a flail tractor set up , and would do the work for the . feed payoff , might be the best . seen that a lot recently , in a few hours its  cleaned out and gone , think the wear and tear on your unit  would be pretty severe.  those tractors / gearing / HP  / CHAIN FLAIL UNIT ,  eat up a field like nothing . just talking , pete

Missed out on a towed flail a few years ago. Sure wish I had one now! You are right they chew up everything.

@kpinnc   note on your pulleyset up , if you can / want to , re grease those pulleys , heat / stress , will  quickly turn an origional grease into a whyining unit , noting the small pulley closest to the frame , if that is not set up for war , like a 550+ temp grease , had a number of pulleys fail before  I went  hi temp / stress lubricant . those front swivel wheels , also . hope it works for you , frame detailing looks solid , that will pass on the  movement related areas , to the rotational  strength set up . hope your choice is go bombproof , your  testing will tell the tale , pete

Did that yesterday. Regreased 5 pulleys: 3 that go to the brush cutter and 2 on a mule drive. Didn't have high temp, just used red and tacky. Usually do it a couple times over summer.
