Where are you getting them?  Jack's?  OPE?  Spill the beans.  Thanks.

For complete overhaul kits I get them ebay vendor bakt4kids or llrdbrn (Little Red Barn)

For misc items I use Jacks or PSEP.biz (Pats Small Engine Plus.)

Good deal.  Thanks.  I once got stuff from OPE Engines, they have a huge selections of really hard to get stuff.  Except they're far from me and shipping takes a few days more.

The first place I look is :techie-ebay: because you can quite often find NOS genuine Kohler parts. If not then I go to isaveoldtractors.

E-bay for NOS or cheaper OEM - Isavetractors for quality - NLA or Jacks small engines - some things we have cut or fab to make work - last thing I did was a throttle cable - got a universal off the Bay - Z bend pliers off the Jungle made my own to keep the tractor original - the actual wire was about 1/2 the diameter of the old one but it works and that's what matters .

Does anyone remember Tulsa Engine warehouse - that place was a honey hole for filters and parts then pooof they were gone .

Yeah, I remember them well.  I bot the snot out of their filters.  You could buy a new filter and pre-cleaner element for about the same price as a pack of Tastykakes, right?  I sure do miss them, they had all kinds of good deals on high-use items.  I even have some filters left over from the old days.

used to get a bulk order together on filters - plugs - points - pre filters etc etc enough for 3-4 years - prices couldn’t be beat …. I ordered some bearings one time they sent me the bearing and no race - I called said only got half my part - said they’d get back to me - next day they called me back said I was right their mistake and made the order right - they took care of their customers … total shame it’s gone .
