Help identifying tiller model, finding documentation

Hello everyone. I have this tiller and what I've been told is everything needed to attach to my 520H. Can you help identify model and point me in direction of documentation showing how to attach it?

 

There is only a plate on it with two lines of text. First line 71211

Second line 712060

The tiller you show is a pre-73 design.  It MAY be adaptable to fit the 520-H...  if you can swap out the front bracket and big-az drive pulley.

I used that older style on my 76 for years. Here's an old shot. Of course the basket and rear flap were my add ons.

It was an easy conversion. The older style used two belts. An idler assembly mounted directly to the front of the transmission. It required moving the running board (I believe that came with a wider guard) out as well as the belt guard, A real pain. Forget that. The axle bracket is the type that mounts to the front of the axle and had an idler pulley on it. Use it. The slot hitch stays on the tractor and is used to lift the tiller. OK, you have it mounted. Get an idler assembly that is used on the newer style tillers. The one that mounts under the engine. Install it and route a single belt from the engine to the tiller in the same fashion as the newer style using the idler pulley on the axle bracket rather than the tiller mounted pulley (which isn't there). The end result, in my opinion, had advantages over the newer style in that it was easier to mount because you didn't have to remove the slot hitch. I'm not sure if the older axle bracket would work on a snow blade or not but that didn't matter to me. This was a blower tractor in the winter and I used a different tractor for the blade. 

 

I'm sure you could go about it different but this worked well for me. It was important to me to get rid of the two belt drive set up. Another minor plus was that the tine rpm was slightly faster than the original set up.

So sounds like I have some modifying to do in order to make this work. Thank you for the responses. I'm going to decide if I want to mess with it or sell it and buy a nicer tiller for my 1948 Ford 8N.

Not really modifying. Just a different part. From what I'm seeing there's some good life left in that tiller. :)

Sorry to bring this back up. I've been looking for idler pulley assemblies and am not confident on the part number for a 1988 520H. Any assistance in sourcing the right assembly would be much appreciated.
