Mark siebenaler 88 #1 Posted April 16, 2023 I have this old B1 allis with a brigs 7 horse no fuel pump just gravity feed will not start all the time unless I blow in the gas tank first I'm thinking the fuel line is to long or it makes to much of a loop down to bottom of engine then back up into carb. Thoughts?
Ed Kennell 38,198 #2 Posted April 16, 2023 Install a marine primer bulb at a low spot in the fuel line for instant starts.

If the fuel line has a high spot that can trap air this can cause an issue. Any pictures of your fuel line routing? Edited April 16, 2023 by Achto
