Need help with Carburetor

Recommended Posts

York57

Hey I'm new here and I knew this is for Wheel Horse however someone may know the answer. I have a vintage I believe from the 50s Farm-Ette walk behind.  Last year I removed the Carb to get another and misplaced it. It has a Kohler Engine only thing I see is Model K 12 -2 Spec 2645-A I contacted Kohler and they can't locate any information.  Please if anyone has information it would be greatly appreciated. I have attached photos if that helps

Thanks

Sam

Here's a link to a previous post on this site  regarding a 12-2 engine.

You might also contact "Antiquebriggs.com"  He can probable connect you with someone that deals with antique Kohler engines.

Looks like a K91 carb would fit right on there. But it's possible the governor works the opposite direction as a K series engine.

Do you know if it even runs? You can run it without a carb to test it. A spray bottle works best but the gas will trash the inards of it. They're cheap anyway.

You just need to be able to continuously feed gas into it
