Front end loader

I was just thinking that with the lovejoy you wouldn't have to worry about belt tension and or slippage. Its just a thought I haven't figured out exactly how I'm going to do it yet. Just got the 520 tuned up an new belt waiting on a tensioner pelley wich is hard to find, I'm actually going to be using a hustler deck pulley same dimensions and about $70 cheaper. Then we will start working on the loader frame and hydraulics. The loader has a tank in the arm of it but it looks pretty dirty in there , would it be better to run an tank mounted somewhere else?

Nice score. Here is a few pics of building my frame, and pump mount that may or may not help

It helps to have a spare striped tractor or 10 to mock it up on.

there is a 5/8 bolt that runs up from the bottom to put this in tension, The U pieces were cut from a drop 0f 4x6 1/4" rect tube. On the top I used 1/2" bolts with nuts

welded to the front upright instead of pins because its easier to put on and remove ( you don't have to pull the wheels.

I didn't clean out my tank well enough and it destroyed my original cessna pump in the first hour of use.

My filter is on the return because I didn't want it as low as it the suction hose.
