What are those for rear tires? Those are just 5x4.5 wheel spacers. eBay, Amazon, most anywhere carries them. Just make sure the opening in the center fits over the center of the hub. Most have 1/2 studs, so you have to "skim" the holes in the wheels 1/16, but they still work fine if you drop back to WH bolts. I got the tires on Amazon. Never found the same ones since.
