toro/wheelhorse bervac snowblower install question

I put the bervac snowblower on the 520h last night

 

Everything seemed to go smooth except for the pulley (tensioner pulley) was hitting the front axle

 

The belt i used was a 5/8"x65" belt, but this didnt seem to be tight enough, and it would let the pulley rest on the axle

 

Wondering if anybody has a picture of where the tensioner pulley spring is attached too

 

 

either i have it in the wrong place, or i need to get a smaller belt so it puts more tension on the pulley and gets it off the axle

 

 

I shoulnt need much, because if i put the belt on the inside pulley (on the tractor) that puts just enough on there to clear the axle

 

 

Im thinking a 63" or 64" belt might do the trick, but maybe its my tension spring in the wrong place
