WHCC 2023 Show Buy Sell Trade

Never too early to start thinking about what people may have to bring to the show.  I am going through some stuff I have as backups or no longer interested in.  Will be posting stuff here in awhile.

I'll get us off to a good start.  I'll be moving to a retirement community in the spring, and won't need my 417 with 2-stage blower anymore.  Hope this doesn't cause a late winter blizzard before we move.  This has been my dedicated snow tractor, and not used for mowing for the past 5 years.  Only 508 hours on it. 

Has an electric lift, two lift assist springs, and electric fuel pump, wheel weights, a new seat, Ag rear tires and tri-rib fronts, only 508 hours, and a dependable Kohler KT17.   Asking $1200.  More items to follow.

I listed this last year but it didn't sell. I am reducing the price to find this a new home. I will not bring it to the Big Show unless it is presold.

I'm having a reality check and know that I need to begin selling off some of my herd. The 1055 was the one that got me hooked on  about twenty years ago and I probably will regret selling it but I seldom use it and would like to pass it on to someone who will continue to show it some love.

 

It is a 1965 model 1055 with a good battery and starts and runs awesome, smokes a little but as far as I know this is the original engine and has smoked a little for two decades. It has a nice @BOB ELLISON seat and serviceable tires that hold air/liquid. The fronts are Wheel Horse branded and show some cracks, the rears are Good Year and have been liquid filled with RV antifreeze.

 

The tractor comes with a short frame snow/dozer blade, wheel weights, chains and a 36" rear discharge gear drive mower in good condition. It has a cone type PTO (parts not mounted because of interference with the snow plow angle arm. The foot operated PTO for the mower deck is also included 

 

The going price for a good running square hood short frame tractor with a new seat would be around $ 600 or more. Short frame snow plow should bring $ 150. Wheel weights and chains are going for about $ 150. Rear discharge 36" gear drive mower should bring about $ 100.  Add it all up and it is a 1,000 value, but I am asking $ 800    $ 600 for the package deal.  SOLD

Got a 953 or 1054 for sale? It can even be a roller. I have a sickle bar off one I was thinking of putting on a GT-14. I think it would require modifications for that. If I was to find a 953/1054 it should be a direct fit. If you have one I may even be able to pick it up at your place in NC because I recently moved to Eastern TN

Like @SPINJIM and @953 nut this March brings my 73rd birthday and it is time for a reality check. I have several nice decks that will never get restored to show quality, and they are taking up valuable space. One is off my 875, and the other is an original 701 deck. I have other things that might have to go as well. However, like 953 said, I must have a sale commitment before I will load them on the trailer.

Anyone need anything here? Some of this stuff is gonna go to junk soon so make me an offer. I have a decent 655 hood and a couple integral hitches too. Deck shell is in really good shape, just missing the hardware.

For planning purposes, the WHCC show is ALWAYS the weekend following fathers day.

What part of NY? It's a beautiful ride down 99/15 and then 15/11 to the show. Rt. 81 all the way blows.
