Buzz 502 #5 Posted July 23, 2009 If your tractor is fairly complete, take plenty of pictures before and while you are tearing it down. If you're not sure how complete it is, check out the photo section for several photos of the 552. Here's the link: http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=7314 You also will need a manual so you can see the part numbers. We have one in the first wheelhorsemanualsgroup. You have to join and they are in FILES section. Here's the link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wheelhorsetractormanuals/ Your tractor should have a Tecumseh H55C-3089 engine. We don't have that manual but we have one for a H60-75117D which is similar in that manuals group. You can also download a Tecumseh manual which will help you with troubleshooting. Download it here, it's the first one: http://toprake.com/index.php?module=docume..._position=11:11 Good luck and have fun.........

HorseFixer 2,012 #9 Posted July 24, 2009 Rookie as Buzz mentioned take lots and lots of pictures of EVERYTHING!!! I cant stress that enough. Also buy some ziplock sandwitch and 1 gal ziplock bags. Label them as you take parts off or apart. Then as your going along the way ask questions. Good Luck in your restore! :thumbs2:
