I tried with all the care and patience I could muster to get the clip off but it flew a ways to the ????? area. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
squonk 41,136 #11 Posted February 5, 2023 Take a screwdriver and a hammer and tap the clip edge towards the opposite end of the rod. The clip will slide down the rod and away from the ball so you can unhook it. No twisting or turning. Clip stays on the rod.
