Okay guys a little help this is the VIN on my tractor what does it all mean? And what kind of rear end is in it I have a problem with it where would I find manual to take it apart. From a couple of people that looked at the crack something got wedged between the gear and the case and pushed it out might be a bolt that broke off and got caught between the rain gear and I pushed it open.

@tmix61 This should be the manual for your transmission
Transmission Hydro Sundstrand SM #492-4206.pdf

Also if you search for 90-1137 you will find 50 threads referencing that transmission. Sort through them and there are some good rebuild ones

@tmix61 ,

I think what @The Freightliner Guy was trying to say was “What do you think @stevasaurus ? You’re the vin number guru .

I have prepared a REBUILD .pdf file for overhaul of the 90-1137 Sundstrand hydro unit in the D-200.  The .pdf file is SUNDSTRAND Piston-Piston PUMP & MOTOR Refurb.pdfattached here.

I can also replace the BROKEN trans housing....$60 + shipping from my zip 16433 to you...

There really isn't very much inside of the Auto trans gearbox...  faily easy to swap out.  Here is a pic of the Auto trans gears:

This 'CRACK' is beyond repair...unless you can weld cast iron.  (WYSIWYG)What you see above is the extent of the internal gears.  I can send you a replacement trans case side...$60 + ship.

The differential comes apart, of course.  The LEFT two gears just slide off/on the shaft.  The center gear is a welded/pressed assembly and doesn't come apart.  This all makes it very easy to swap over gears..

Gasket kit from L J Fluid power.  Google it and order for Sundstrand model 90-1173.  It'll look something like this:

A reminder --- those 4 nuts exposed on the big gear in the pic are the ones that caused your problem, yours were probably 5/16 on about a 3-3 1/2" bolt and one of the nuts broke off. The ones in the pic appear to have the 3/8" pinch nuts/bolts. You'll want to either bore yours out to the 3/8 or get a gear that has them.

The big gasket is probably still NLA (no longer available)

That $60 case @daveoman1966 is offering is a good price, and he dont sell anything that isnt in excellent condition.

@daveoman1966 is the guru on the hydros.  I would listen to him on this case.  BTW, I know nothing about "D's".  :notworthy:

Does that kit give me all the o-rings for the hydraulic tubes on top of the transmission and the wheel seals?

I don't think the kit includes the 2 axle seals.  Seals are OEM #6449...find them on Ebay.

The OEM Trans Gasket is # 5999.  Ebay again...MAYBE.

You may find this gasket on-line, but not sure...may be outdated.  If so, one can be made using either case side as a template.

Get the GASKET 5999 and SEALS 6449 Here:  https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/wheel-horse-5999-transmission-gasket/
