Does anybody have a pictures of a d200 with the heavy duty 2-in receiver mounted so I can see pictures of how it is mounted any help would be great thank you very much

By this question, I assume you dont have 3 point on your D?? If so, I have never seen one of the - many - offered for the typical lawn tractor on a D. They are mostly set up to mount on the flat surface on the back of these, which the D doesnt have. I have one D that does not have a 3 point that I adapted to use to pull my "Cyclone rake" that I built myself from scrap laying around the shop. I could easily add a receiver to the frame work  - just dont need one.

I have seen some pictures on the wheel horse site but not sure which one would be for mine I took the ball off and put a 1" foot and a half threaded rod on the hitch and I put 300 lb of weight on it for the last 3 years it's been great but now I cracked the bottom of the housing of the axle cuz the hitch has a big plate a plate on the bottom that hits the rear end and it must have jerked it and snapped the rear end a small piece. I am going to try to lift it up clean it all off and put JB weld on it and I was looking at these hitches but I'm not sure which one I could make the fit.

The rear axle housing on a "D" is about the same as any other Wheel Horse. You may want to have the hitch a bit longer to compensate for the larger tire diameter but that would be it. Mount the hitch to the top of the flats on both axle housings.

That turd looks familiar   If you have turning brakes it may not clear the brackets.

After further examination it was not the weights that cracked the rear housing something inside let go and push the housing out now I will be looking for some kind of a manual to show me what looks like inside and how to take apart any suggestions would be great these are some pictures of what had happened and what it looks like. Thank you very much for any help.

The bolts that hold the differential together are known to loose. There’s not much clearance between the bottom of the differential and the inside of the transmission case. A loose nut or bolt gets between the diff and case and cracks it.

Yep, @oliver2-44 nailed it!

Been a while but IIRC the early D's were assembled with 5/16 grade 5 bolts which just wernt strong enough to handle the job. On later models they went to 3/8 bolts. Either the nut or the head of the bolt would break off, fall to the bottom of the case and as the gear revolved it would contact the piece and the cast iron case loses the battle!

 

In your situation, which is/was fairly common, with that rather large 'bulge' .... well, youre just SOL 

 

In my situation I had a smaller crack without the 'bulging' you have and I was able to weld/braze it back to useable condition - along with adding 3/8 bolts. I used the tractor a couple yrs with a relatively small leak at the weld. After some time I ran across a complete assy and jumped on it and replace the broken one - reasonably priced to boot!

I have two of them sitting here in NC. Not sure where you’re at. One I am taking apart to keep the axles. Let me know what you may need.

Looking at your pics you only need one side of the case.  No shipping is cheap anymore but shipping just one half shouldn't break the bank.  Check with AtoZ tractor one of the vendors here..

You can widen your search.  The left hand case (the one the hydro motor goes into) is part # 102617  That is the same case half used on C series hydros up to 1979.

Funny I just asked Google and Google told me 1200.4 miles one way see I live in upper Michigan above the bridge for hours away North. Hey any chance you're coming up to go snowmobiling LOL 😂

I would suggest taking it apart before commiting to a purchase, there could be some damage to the gear train - broken teeth??

 

I was lucky and only had 2 teeth with minor chips that were useable.

 

But, if no damage there then just the case shud be enough.....

What about the case gasket fellas? For a while there they were NOL?

Lowell lists the Hydro gaskets but may be backordered, I'm awaiting some now and may end up making my own and just putting his on the shelf when they come in.  https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/wheel-horse-5999-transmission-gasket/

If you can't find a sheet of gasket material big enough you could make a good gasket with Red Rosin Paper. It is used in the flooring industry to reduce the likelihood of squeaking in wood floors. Roils are a couple hundred feet long but if you find a friendly flooring guy he would likely give you a few feet of it. It won't wick oil and is quite strong.

We have all kinds of 5999 and 3912 gaskets we are just waiting on the Eaton 1100 gaskets from toro @953 nut we show you ordered Eaton gaskets so if this is a mistake call Joette tomorrow and we will switch it 5072133115

I recall reading on some tractors you can remove one side of the transmission case with the transmission still in the tractor.  Is this an option for @tmix61 on the D which might save disconnecting the hydraulic lines from the front and the hydraulic drive motor on the top of the case?..

I already took out the rear end all I had to do was take the hydraulic lines off the top of the rear end the four bolts in the front and four bolts on the top and disconnect the plow system still looking for a manual how to take it apart

  The Eaton is what I need, wasn't sure if the Sundstrand was in stock with all the supply chain problems going on.

This manual should do the trick, once the hubs are off it isn't a big deal.
