d250 coolant reservoir

so i have a d250 and i’ve been looking for a while for a resivour for it because mine seems to be missing one and when it’s running it just pushes the coolant out the top of the radiator so i was just looking to see if anyone could help me find one thanks and merry christmas in advance!

So.... you are needing a coolant expansion tank?

 

What about something like this to retrofit...? I put one of these on a SCAG... worked great...

Go to your local automotive parts recycling center (Junk yard). There will be a wide variety to select from, you may even luck out and find one from a Renault Dolphin.

Any coolant jug from a Renault will probably be melted! :lol:

 

Figure out how much room you got and find something of an econo box car. How much coolant is pushing out? If it's a lot you got bigger issues

Could be a head gasket issue, instead of the need for an overflow.

no it’s dosent push any out until i’ve run the tractor for like 15-20 minutes  and it’s just a little squirt here and there

@857lover  , have an empty milk jug?  just to put a stop to the mess ,  I  also use  front cut out milk jugs , for  a parts holder  on small areas , nuts/ bolts / fittings etc . never wait for the perfect part , you will be waiting a long time , thats only me ,  pete
