Lwpatch 6 #1 Posted December 17, 2022 Hi, Anyone have a picture of the throttle linkage on this 551 with a Lauson H55D? It wasn’t hooked up when I got the tractor so I’m not sure how to hook it up correctly or if anything is missing. Also what is the correct way to adjust the governor linkage on this engine? WHX?? 48,824 #2 Posted December 17, 2022 (edited) Looks like you have a aftermarket carb on it. I just put one on a 502 and runs really good. Will have the hood off tomorrow to replace a PO BS throttle cable so will get some pics. Ther is a good manual on these motors here so will have to get you that. Looks like your missing the lower link to the gov arm. Gov adjust is in the below manual.
