Marv 920 #26 Posted December 24, 2022 Ed, The doctors decided her's was caused by a blood pressure medication she was taking. She had been on it for quite a while. Don't know why it suddenly had that effect on her. She has been off the med for a long time now and has had no recurrence. I hope your wife is doing well and has no more issues with this. Her first episode was stress related (sudden death in the family). No known reason for the last two. If the stress test next week doesn't show any serious problems, we will continue with the meds to prevent another episode. I she ever has another one, we will probably do the catheter procedure to disconnect the bad circuit that causes the heart to race. Best wishes for a healthy New Year.
