How can I save this cable housing?

I have the ferrule crimper tool that looks like bolt cutters. They do not crimp tight enough to keep a ferrule on if lifting say a 10" plow

You could use the CRIMP style ferrules, but I prefer the CABLE CLAMPS and LOOPS.

ps..  I have this SWIVEL ..double clevis pin connector #8292 (for under tractor), single clevis (for rear) , the cable loop (2), cable clamps (4), Clevis pins (3), hair pins(3).

Everything you see here except the cable and the coundiuit tube.

Put $45 in my Paypal account and I send this stuff to you.

ps... (That doyuble clevis 8292 is $22 on Ebay.)

So, $23 for all the other stuff and shipping is what I'm asking.

I may very well take you up on that Dave. It'll be a few days before I can look to see what I've got here.

What's the purpose of the swiveling double clevis pin? (As opposed to a single clevis).

The double clevis 8292 is shown here...to connect a RANDOM lenght of cable with a LOOP.  Also used to hook a random length of cable with a LOOP to the lower ends of the ROCK shaft (Bell Crank) under the tractor.  It makes for quick and easy underneath connect/disconnect by simply removing either of the two clevis pins.  1037974902_CLEVB.jpg.023f1885031e1c786f88aa9eff05a9d8.jpg

@daveoman1966 just how I  see it , that lever lift set up is a , lubrication gold mine .  typically neglected for life ,  brought it back and enhanced  every opportunity to make it function easier, firm up end play , washers , shucking areas , grease , like power steering  easy . just me , pete

Pretty sure Lowell has them.

I would toss it and order a new one. Cables cost too much to have a rust rought tube destroy it.  That is what I did on mt 520   I tried to clean it up but with the curve In he tube it's too big of a risk to use it.
