Throttle problem

I’m back agsin with what turns out to be same problem, “Throttle”, while no fuel in line plus condition of Tank interior seemed to suggest a good point for not running (turning overr but notrinming)everything but pump front to back( pump sounds like its running, so i left it alone), Based on other member comments/suggestions now i ‘ll focus on Carb (all the crap in tank might have made it up to jets!, carburetor teardown seems to be next? BTW: no fuel leaks anywhere along replaced fuel line and 6 hose clamps , so time to hang out at the frond end of tractor it seems, of course any ideas/suggestions will be considered, Thank you for reading my post.
