48" Sickle Model 424

I have opportunity to purchase this sickle but cannot locate a manual and do not know if enough of the unit is there to get it bolted on?

I am not that familiar with a sickle for an 18 Auto or D Series.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The front drive belt is there so it may be complete

@Manicmacanic  if you were to get that , make sure you have a friendly place to put it  while checking out its  possible functions .  a bench and a  roller stool , so you can get some penetrating lubrication started into probably neglected  areas . maybe even have a  small motor drive / pulley set up  for  trials ?  lots of areas to  free up and enhance .  never done one , but would love to get one moving with smooth ease , get some oil stain on that rust , pete

I can't see how it bolts to the tractor anywhere? Also the carrier (has Haban Decal) appears missing? See the chain laying there, goes somehow to the pulley depicted.

Yes, thing is this sickle is 4hrs away and setting up an electric motor to test the yolk & bar would be odd. I have brought several of these Haban, other models, an brought to the shop, then completely taken them apart and replace the knives, everything. Once it's on the truck pretty much stuck with it regardless. Making parts is not a problem but not having a reference is difficult. I would think a member would have one on this forum, but who knows...Even Toro & Haban have no records or information. These are however, several manuals on eBay right now....

No, sorry this is Haband clothing line and some other brand sickles. The part needed would be the Carrier Bar # 5659 also depicted as "F". Also, I do see the mounting section on the 424 for the mid-frame "Quick Attach"
