8ntruck 6,999 #5 Posted November 15, 2022 (edited) Being a 1982 model, it probably has the less desireable Series I KT19 engine, which tended towards oiling problems. That could drop the price some. Are you buying or selling? If you are buying, how do you plan to use this tractor? If you are going to work it hard on non level ground, a Series I KT 19 engine could give you some problems. If you are going to use it on level ground or just putt around shows, it should be fine. My C-195 shows 1200 hours and still has the original Series I engine. It runs OK, but is smoking, which I suspect is a cylinder/ring issue. In the end it is worth the agreed upon selling price between the seller and the buyer. New looking 48" deck, excellent condition single stage snow blower, tractor looks to be in excellent condition, and let's not forget that Wheel Horse only made about 1200 of these. On the other hand, this tractor has lots of unique parts only used on those 1200 tractors, so the sparse supply is nowhere near as deep as other Wheel Horses. I definitely know that the PTO assembly (including the PTO brake) and front wheels are unique. As a package, maybe in the $2,000 to possibly $3,000 range? I don't think I'd go much below $1700 rock bottom. I'd be a buyer if it was closer. Edited November 15, 2022 by Jeff-C175

oliver2-44 9,745 #17 Posted November 15, 2022 @Tractor Lady KT19 engines with a spec number 49199 or lower are Series 1, 49200 and higher are Series II So your tractors engine is a Series I The Series 1 are good engines as long as the oil has been kept full and they are not run on ground with greater that a 30 deg slope.

Pullstart 62,851 #19 Posted November 15, 2022 That’s a very nice tractor! The 500 hours must have been super light! Here’s another “what’s it worth?” Thread going on. Your C-195 is much more valuable if you ask me.

Not cheap when they show up, either - maybe in the $500 range. Working from memory here, as I am not really in the market for one, and it has been a while since I saw one for sale. The Wheel Horse 3 point hitch is a category 0 hitch.
