peter lena 8,589 #3 Posted November 16, 2022 @nak8111 you are not specific on the bearing , personal experience , is the lubricant failure in related bearings , if you are dealing with a wide rubber side shield on the bearing , you could easily / carefully remove the shields , wipe out / flush out existing grease , use a hi temp grease , 560 deg , lucas marine grease and, or x tra hd , polyurea / anti sling , will make a bearing fail safe . done this to all my related w/h attachments with whining / rough bearings . my 42 st01 , spins up without effort or noise . look at your problem as an opportunity . pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
