Is there an option for Cat 0 or Cat 1 3pt implements?

Depends on the tractor, or your fab skills.

 

Some, but not many tractors had options for Cat 0 three points. Or you can make one. Most any of these tractors can handle a three point, though I'd recommend some additional bracing depending on how much weight you plan to lift. The example brace below isn't mine, but is a very good idea.

 

I made one for my Bronco, and others have been built by members here as well. 

 

A clevis hitch can be used for most any Brinly implement, and they are far easier to add to a tractor than a 3-point. Just depends on how much work you want to do.

New stuff can be tricky, just went on Northern Tool which used to stock a handful of Cat 0 options, but they don't seem to have much anymore either.  I've lucked out a few times just keeping an eye on Facebook Marketplace, or Craigslist for used equipment.  Or like @kpinnc said, the Brinly hitch setup works well too, you can either get the hitch mount on smaller machines, or if you have one with a 3 point there are adapters for that like in my third picture.

Wheelhorsepartsandmore has rockshaft kits and hitches. They may have some 3 pt hitch parts. Also Tractor Supply has a few parts and occasionally you see parts come up on E-bay. I got some 3 pt hitch parts for my GT 14 from johnsawsome69

on ebay. The rockshaft and slot or brinley hitches work great on my tractors too and much easier to find parts / install.
