clueless 3,002 #1 Posted November 5, 2022 I have a 702 and a NOS Kohler M8 I'm thinking about putting it on the 702. I know the hood on the 702 needs to be longer and possibly higher. ri702bill 8,327 #3 Posted November 6, 2022 (edited) I have run a 702 style hood on my 854 - to do so, you need to use the shorter 7HP air filter and cover. The three mounting points are the same, the 754 / 854 hood is 1 inch longer at the top to accomodate the 8HP air filter assembly.
