They are plastic ,wanted cast but haven’t found a good deal on those yet.40 for the pair..not bad but of course I’ll have to paint them. If the files are a name brand like Nicholson, good score if they are OLD. Nicholson File used to manufacture in Providence, RI - later East Providence for decades. Not anymore..... The Monkey Wrench and the Open End Spanner, though useful, make great wall art. Can't see the name of the C Clamp on the right - doesn't matter - it looks sprung where the pad on the screw will not align properly to the frame... But you got your $20 worth with the rest.... I'm always looking for old usa made tools.Im just learning some of the old bran names and such. Remind her of what Bill said above. Also remind her that scrap value is down.
