correct lift for rear plow

I ask a couple weeks ago about this and someone gave me model 8-5514 for the lift will not work I have fender bolts to tractor and gas tank under seat not enough room and there a tube from back of tractor to hook up under tractor I need to know the correct cable with ends for that to hook up to clevis hitch

 

I have C-161 model 81 16KS01  06107
