peter lena 8,612 #17 Posted October 6, 2022 @RandyLittrell can relate to the getting older part , regularly giving insight , different view to a problem with grandkids . breaking it down and explaining the reasoning and different application to the issue is vital . another thing I emphasize is the failure stage , its not going to kill you , it will embarrass you , even humiliate you , most important is what did you learn from it ? when you screw up again, and you will , you make a change to eliminate that problem. like I tell them you want to be able to deal with challenges / problems , like a duck to water , the confidence gain ,alone is totally worth it . also the big , THANK YOU GRAMPA / HUG , is priceless . like a yoda , pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
