3 pt hitch Model 8-5421

I am curious, is this second hole in the lift lift assembly (102100) to change positioning? I didn't see anything in the manual...

There is no understanding why another group of holes is there between (102100) #1 and (102104) #5

Just guessing here.

It takes 2 bolts to mount the link solid so you have down pressure.

If you removed the middle bolt it would give you a float capability for a rear attachment.

So, like running the finish mower ? (float)

Not so for the roto tiller, plow and cultivator (down pressure)

Well, it's not an easy bolt to get to! Lol!

Best case scenario?

Clevis pin with an R-pin or head wire lock pin?

Head wire lock pin could be easier, custom cut short.
