Has the starter generator been rebuilt? Are ALL the wiring connections in very good clean condition? In particular the battery cables.. Not sure about the belt, I'll take a look and replace it with a notched one. marreque 213 #74 Posted April 10, 2023 Update and a thanks for the help guys. Finally got some time to work on the 1054 today. Taking 953 nuts advice I purchased the correct s/g belt and also rebuilt the s/g. It cranks over much easier now and she fired right up. I took it for a ride for the first time since 96-97.
