All WH attachments (lawn sweeper) good quality?

Hi. Did WH make all their own attachments or outsource the work? (Attachment = plow, snow thrower, mower deck, rotor-tiller, lawn sweeper, dump trailer, etc....) The tractors are such good quality, I was wondering if all their attachments have been held to the same quality standards over the decades. I found an old 40" lawn sweeper on CraigsList. It's pretty far from me, but they only want $75. One of 12 pics from ad is attached.
