GT14 Hydro Pulley Fan - how to make replacement

As has been discussed before there were several different Hydro pulleys on GT14's. If a tiller was intended or used in past it has a dual pulley and integrated cast iron fan for cooling. If you do some forum searches, Burlly posted a few different styles of the tiller pulley but they were all dual pulleys. Otherwise it came with single pulley with integrated fan. These at some point were further augmented with add of aluminum Torin 20 degree fan 7 inch in diameter, 5 fin. These often get damaged or are missing. Pics of one I pulled, blasted and repainted along with fan that I simply scrubbed with 3m pad for reference front and back. Note the keyway slot and the mounting holes. Ignore my supervisor;-) The fan is NLA from Toro. I sourced the fan below from McMaste Carr. it is an aluminum 5 fin fan. I believe it's 30 or 35 degrees. It can be modified to replace your missing 20 degree fan pretty easily. The aluminum is soft and can be twisted pitch wise until it will fit to side of pulley. The center can be drilled out to match the hydro shaft and mounting screw holes drilled easily as it is aluminum. I figured I would post this in case anyone felt the need to source a replacement. As I have tiller, I don't have a need to do the mod but at some point I will likely do it and have as a back up as I hve 2 other GT14's in addition to the one I am restoring. If I do so, I'll post a pic of the modified fan. So I started out by grinding off the bent tabs on back side of fan that hold the shaft receiver onto fan blade. Then twisted out the shaft. Then using step drill, enlarged the opening to fit pulley shaft. i went off the picture I had of the fan as I no longer have it ...it is on route to a forum member who needed one. As such I may not have gotten mounting holes and key way in exactly perfect location. It would be best to either have the pulley near when fabbing the part or make a detailed drawing with measurements. I used a dremel to grind the key way and appropriate drill for mounting holes. As it is aluminum, it was very easy and quick work. Here is the part I used to start with:
