Alright, DB front mount sickle bar on a Wheel Horse?

I have some questions and/or thoughts. I’ve been wanting to do this for quite some time... I picked up this DB for this purpose, then the hubs, wheels and tires were donated to Frank. I do realize that Putt Putt would loose the front hanging weight while the mower is hooked up. 1) The sickle mower is 34” wide, the rear track width of Putt Putt is 36”. I know we’re not looking for pristine, but would the tires being an inch or so wider than the cut path affect the next pass? 2) The DB pulley is a clutch mechanism. Would I be better off using it as a solid pulley (always engaged) and use a mower pto engagement setup? 3) I have a snow plow frame I could use, or build from scratch for a mid mount or even front mount. Thoughts? If I use build a front mount, I could lift it like a snow blower with a flag mount or whatever they are called. That could possibly become the belt engagement! I see the pictures in the gallery from @APPALACHIAN EDGE and @Tractorhead mentioned this the other day... so I figured it’s time to dig it out and start scratching my head. Thoughts? If these were your project, how would you tackle it?
